How long does it take to arrive?
Where is my order?
Once the order is dispatched, order tracking information should be sent to your email address (which you use to place the order).

Where do you ship from and do you ship to my country?
Our artisan team are based around the world. Due to low taxes and the convenience of logistics, we will be shipping from Hong Kong warehouse. Currently we support shipping to most of the countries. If you have any question, please communicate with us before placing an order.
Do I need to pay the custom duty?
Highly unlikely. For many countries such as European Union, we actually prepay the custom duty for you, so you will not have to pay yourself. Very few of our competitors do that!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we do. Kindly choose that add-on on the product page.
Do you offer warranty on items bought?
Yes we do offer a 6-month warranty period. Please see details in our warranty policy.
